Constitution of International Riar Federation

Talib Hussain Riar

The International Riar Federation (IRF) is established as a non-political, non-profit social and welfare organization committed to the unity, dignity, welfare, education, cultural heritage, and progress of the Riar / Riyar community across Pakistan and around the world.

1. Name of the Organization
The name of the organization shall be:

International Riar Federation (IRF)

2. Nature of the Organization
The Federation shall be a non-political, non-profit, social, welfare, educational, and community development organization. It shall work for the betterment of the Riar community without discrimination of region, language, profession, or social status.

3. Vision
To unite the Riar community worldwide and promote collective progress through education, welfare, leadership, cultural preservation, and community development.

4. Mission
The mission of the Federation is to create a strong platform for Riar families, youth, professionals, elders, and community leaders to work together for unity, social service, education, and progress.

5. Objectives
The main objectives of the Federation are:

To promote unity, brotherhood, and cooperation among the Riar community.

To preserve and document the history, culture, traditions, and heritage of the Riar community.

To support education, professional development, and guidance for youth.

To encourage welfare projects, social service, and humanitarian assistance.

To create a strong network of Riar families in Pakistan and overseas.

To recognize and highlight the achievements of distinguished members of the community.

To support peaceful coordination among local, provincial, national, and international chapters.

6. Organizational Structure
The Federation shall have the following organizational structure:

Central Executive Body
Provincial Leadership
District / Tehsil / Local Units
International Coordination Chapters
Youth Wing
Women Wing
Welfare Wing
Media Wing

8. Core Committee
The Core Committee shall be the senior decision-making and advisory forum of the Federation. It shall guide the organization on important policy matters, resolve organizational issues, and provide strategic direction.

9. Central Executive Body
The Central Executive Body shall be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, planning, and implementation of the Federation’s activities and decisions.

10. Provincial and Local Units
Provincial, district, tehsil, and local units may be established to strengthen organizational work at regional and grassroots levels.

11. Membership
Membership shall be open to members of the Riar / Riyar community who agree with the vision, mission, objectives, and discipline of the Federation.

12, Code of Conduct
All members and office bearers shall work with respect, honesty, unity, discipline, and commitment. No member shall use the platform for personal, political, sectarian, or harmful purposes.

13. Welfare and Community Service
The Federation shall encourage welfare activities, educational support, relief work, community assistance, and social development projects for the benefit of the community.

14. Amendments
Any amendment to the constitution shall be made through consultation and approval of the competent organizational forum as defined by the Federation’s leadership and Core Committee.
